Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Education praised the positive ethos in Braidburn. The key strengths highlighted in the 2009-2010 report include: "Staff's very good attention to pastoral care and the high quality of support from medical and therapy staff and learning assistants...a high level of parental satisfaction and staff enjoy working at the school."
