Home Economics
In Home Economics the pupils work together to make a variety of healthy foods from around the world, whilst learning about food preparation skills and food hygiene. Through using adapted utensils and switches everyone can enjoy preparing the delicious meals. We work towards pupils working happily, safely and being as independent as possible. In S3 and the senior phase pupils work towards SQA units and ASDAN modules
