The Orange Class

The Orange Class is taught by Mrs. Tinniswood.

Food Safety Week: From the 6th of June to the 12th June 2011 is Food Safety Week, a nationwide initiative launched by the Food Standards Agency to draw awareness to health and hygiene when dealing with food.

One of our nurses visited the class to teach them about the importance of good hand washing. First we put oil on our hands, then dried herbs, to look like germs. Cold water did not wash the germs away, but when we washed our hands with warm, soapy water the germs disappeared.
